Most agricultural products promise more. We chose a different path - to understand more. IKAR was built on a simple idea: when you truly understand how plants function, you can help them perform more with less. We believe real progress in agriculture doesn't come from increasing inputs, but from using them with precision, intention, and respect for how plants actually work. We design liquid fertilizers and biostimulants that don't force growth - they unlock it. By working with plant physiology, our solutions improve nutrient efficiency, strengthen resilience, and deliver results that are not just measurable, but repeatable. At the same time, they act as a long-term investment - improving soil vitality, enhancing nutrient availability, and supporting sustainable productivity year after year. Everything we create is grounded in science, tested in real conditions, and shaped by experience in the field. Because for us, performance is not a claim - it's a responsibility. 2013
British R&D partnership
IKAR began cooperation with British R&D laboratory research companies.
2014
Trademark recognition, first 30 formulas
The IKAR trademark has gained worldwide recognition. 30 fertilizers of different compositions have been developed, test samples prepared, certified, and distributed to distributors and end users.
2015
Add-value line launched
A strengthened product line containing add-value additives has been launched.
2016
R&D center expanded, plant laboratory established
The R&D center is expanded at the IKAR factory and a plant laboratory is established.
2017
Factory productivity up, East Europe expansion
The productivity of the IKAR fertilizer factory has increased. The company is expanding its international distributor network in East Europe.
2018
Scientific activities and range expand to the Americas
The company develops scientific activities and expands the product range. The IKAR distributor network expands to South and North America.
2019
Product classification, network expands to 4 new regions
IKAR creates product classifications and introduces new products to the markets. The company's distributor network expands into new territories: Europe, South America, Asia, and the MENA region.
2020
ISO + REACH certification, 60 formulas, +400% capacity
The IKAR distributor network in Europe has expanded. ISO standards certificate and REACH certificate for production have been introduced. The product portfolio of the company has grown to 60 formulas. Company producing capacity increased by 400%.
2021
Outsourced production begins, chemical lab expands, 20+ countries
The company has started outsourced production with trademarks of other businesses. It expanded its chemical laboratory, where chemical materials composition research is performed with innovative equipment. The company has also expanded its distribution network to over 20 countries worldwide.
2022
Italy office opens, private-label production starts
The company opened its Central Europe office in Italy. Expanded distribution channels in Central and South America. Started producing private labels and currently works with several of the largest EU companies. The company‘s R&D&I center started providing laboratory research services to external customers.
2023
IMPROVE line launched, ISO business system, EU-funded projects
IKAR company has undergone substantial growth, expanding its market presence in over 30 countries. Our notable accomplishments include the creation of two industry "Gamechangers" in the form of two unique biostimulant formulas. Furthermore, we've successfully launched our soil improvement product line "IMPROVE". Alongside these innovations, we've implemented a powerful ISO certified business management system and our team of skilled agronomists has grown. Active participation in international exhibitions has earned us wider recognition worldwide, and we proudly highlight our success in securing and executing two projects, partially financed by the European Union.
2024
Trademark in 35 countries, new flag-color logo
The IKAR trademark is registered in 35 countries around the world. We changed the color of our logo and introduced the colors of the national flag in its new version: yellow, green, and red. We strengthened the R&D&I work of our scientific activity and research center by inviting scientists and specialists of this field to our team.
