IKARAI, UAB collects personal data on this website only when you send it to us through a form — a catalogue request, a contact message, or a distributor inquiry. We use it to answer you, we store it securely, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising. This policy explains what we hold, why, how long, and the rights you have over it.
Who processes your data

This policy covers the website at www.ikarfactory.eu. It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect, and why
We collect personal data only when you send it to us through one of the forms on this site:
- Catalogue request — the email address (and any name or company) you give us, so we can send the catalogue you asked for.
- Contact form — your name, email, and the contents of your message, so we can answer your enquiry.
- Distributor inquiry — your name, company, country, email, and message, so a regional manager can respond about a possible partnership.
That is the whole of it. We do not run a consumer shop on this site, we do not build advertising or behavioural profiles, and we do not buy personal data about you from anyone else.
Legal bases
We rely on two legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Your consent, given when you submit a form — you can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@ikarfactory.eu.
- Our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products and in exploring distribution partnerships, weighed against your privacy.
Where we need your data to meet a legal obligation — for example, a tax or accounting requirement tied to a business relationship — we rely on that obligation as the basis.
How long we keep it
We keep the personal data from a form submission as long as necessary to answer your enquiry and, where a business relationship follows, for as long as that relationship and any legal obligations attached to it require. When the data is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it, we delete it or anonymise it.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not compile customer lists for release to unrelated parties.
We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions — for example, website hosting and email delivery. They may handle your data only to provide those services to us. Where the law requires it, we may also disclose data to a competent authority.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- have your data deleted (erasure);
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format (portability);
- object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
To exercise any of these, write to info@ikarfactory.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
