IKAR at Agritechnica 2026, and three new distributor partners across Central Europe

The team returns from Hannover with three signed distribution partners in Poland, Czechia, and Romania — extending the network to more than 35 countries.

We spent the second week of June at Agritechnica in Hannover, alongside the agronomists and distributors who put our formulations into the field. For a company that talks more readily about trial plots than trade stands, an exhibition is a useful discipline: it forces you to explain, in plain terms and to sceptical professionals, exactly what a product does and where the evidence for it comes from.

The conversations that mattered most were not about headline yield figures. They were about mechanism — which physiological stress a given formulation is designed to buffer, under what conditions it does little, and how a distributor’s own agronomy team can position it honestly to growers. That is the register we prefer, and it is the one that carried the week.

Three new partners

We are pleased to confirm three new distribution agreements signed during the exhibition, covering Poland, Czechia, and Romania. Each partner brings an established field-agronomy team of its own — a condition we treat as non-negotiable, because our products are sold on their reasoning, not on their labels. The additions extend IKAR’s active network to more than 35 countries.

Onboarding for all three partners begins this summer, with joint field days planned for the autumn winter-cereal window. As with every market we enter, the first season is deliberately measured: replicated demonstration plots against the grower’s own standard programme, so the local evidence is built before the claims are made.

What comes next

Our R&D team is carrying three multi-season trials into their next harvest, and results from the winter-wheat physiological-priming work will be published in the Science section as they mature. If you met us in Hannover and want to continue a conversation, or if you are exploring distribution in a market we have not yet reached, the door is open.
